As the working week draws to an end, I think it'll be fair on your body system to allow for some thorough cleansing,and of course good riddance to bad rubbish(pastries,junks,fats,high level cholesterol foods,drinks e.t.c)

  1. Just had a fitness work-out session @ RCCG..fountain of life chapel with the women. Y'll need to see d way women were requesting/chanting/pleading for azonto/kukere!lool, it was fun as the calorie dance burn out session had them smiling,giggling while most importantly losing,burning some calories.U can also register your church with just N10,000 on the Shedams Fitness Church package!
