  1. Anytime i wear make up and its either a windy day or its just a crap day. My eyes start to water. I blink loads but then my Make up get smudge and i look like i was crying. Its been doing for the back couple of years. I know i found out just Eye shadow helps cause my eyes dont water but if i only wear eye shadow. It get smudges. I use penicl eyes but that make my eyes water or a certain type of liquid eyeliner. It only hsppened during the rainy season and winter.

    1. The reason your make up smudges so much during those seasons is because your eyes are naturally sensitive. And of course, with rain and wind, they go crazier than normal! Same happens with me... So what you can do (what I do) is wear waterproof make up, and try to apply it the farthest possible from the waterline. And stop wearing regular pencils, because they smudge like crazy. Liquid and gel eyeliner are the best choice. And you can use eye shadow on top of it to help blend and finalize the look. Also, be careful when you apply foundation, concealer or any other product on your eyes, cause it can make them even more sensitive and trigger the watering. Again, do not apply it too close to the waterline. I hope this helps!

  2. Some creams come with a thin plastic lid under the cover. Should I keep it or toss it?

    1. Keep it. Exposure to light and air breaks down many active ingredients, including vitamin C and retinol, making them inert. Also, store these products in a cool, dark place to help maintain their efficacy.
